Wonder How many Travelers will change their plans to make this show? ASCS National tour is off next week.
The Knoxville Regulars I would assume would make the tow for that kind of money.
Hoping to see the Biggest Sprint car count in Jackson Speedway History.
What's Everyone else's thoughts?

I noticed this race has been planned for some time now and I hear Husets is now having a show this night also. WTF I don't get it! Car counts are not that strong to begin with so let's not compete against other tracks that have a event planned already. I wish these tracks would work together more and maybe have a speedweek type deal like Ohio and PA!

Husets is stupid, they are gonna get the loosing end of it, let em have their show, see how many fans are in the stands vs Jackson, lol

Wednesday July 16-Sioux Speedway
Thursday July 17-Rapid Speedway
Friday July 18-Fairmont Raceway
Saturday July 19-Jackson Speedway

I've said for a LONG TIME - why not get tracks like Knoxville, Jackson, Husets and maybe Eagle get together and set up a circuit. ALL the tracks working together running the same rules. Each track would have it's own champion for each class and then the group could have a series champion. NOT SAYING A DRIVER HAS TO RUN ALL THE TRACKS IF HE DOESN'T WANT TOO - the driver could just run his home track and run for that championship.
A speedweek deal could be a way to go, I'm sure We have enough tracks in Iowa, Minn, South Dakota and Neb. to do something like that. Heck I'd even like to see some non-wing stuff (went to eagle onetime to watch the CRA guys with the WOO in Knoxville - and I live in Des Moines).
I don't know how to work out al the logistics for something like this, just an idea of how to promote the sprint cars.

I 100% agree. Jackson will have better attendance/car count and Huset's wil have a poorly attended $5k to win 410 show. Nobody wins. I hope the Jackson show is huge. Sadly, I can't make it.

We are also going to be giving out $5 off vouchers at this Saturday Nights races, that get you $5 off Grandstand Admission for the July 3rd Show.

looks like huset's is also scheduling a 5000 to win on the same night the woo is at cedar lake, another move that makes you scratch your head, definitley thinking jackson will be the place to be at

But isn't the racing @ Husets ten times better than Jackson? Every time Jackson has a big race, all you hear on this board is how the terrible the track was and nobdy could pass. I'd choose a 5K to win 410 race on a bullring over 10K to win 360 show on a 1/2 mile every day of the week and twice on Sundays, but that's just me.

is Jackson speedway even going to tech cars for this show in the past all they really do is make sure the heads say ascs and make sure the stacks are right maybe they should spend some money on a tech guy for this big of show so some cheater motor don't run away with 10,000

They should tube the top 5 cars in A no check go out tell it is done

FYI - Huset's race on the 3rd is every class BUT 360s. I am sure there will be 410s to race there but probably not many. As for Jackson, there has never been a good race there, even when the Outlaws show up. I would never waste gas to drive there and pay $30-$40 to watch in person, JMO.
