PETERSEN MEDIA: All off season the talk was about how strong the weekly field was going to be at the Knoxville Raceway in the 410ci division, and with the season well underway, the hype has turned into a reality and another action packed night of racing in on tap tomorrow night at the ‘Sprint Car Capital of the World’, and it will be streamed LIVE on TheCushion.Com.

With Brian Brown already picking up three feature event wins thus far, Craig Dollansky with two, and Ian Madsen with the opening night win, Alltoona, IA driver, Terry McCarl leads the point standings, and looks for a consistent 2014 run to turn into a victory lane on Saturday night LIVE on TheCushion.Com.

Other 410ci dirvers who have been running well and are vying to pick up that first win of the season are Davey Heskin, Justin Henderson, Lynton Jeffery, Dusty Zomer, 2013 Track Champion, Bronson Maeschen, and many more.

In last weeks feature event, Heskin and Dollansky put on a thrilling show that had fans in the stands and watching LIVE via PPV, on the edge of their seats, as the duo exchanged the lead numerous time in exciting fashion. When the race drew to a close, it was Dollansky edging out Heskin.

In 360ci action, Jon Agan leads the field, but Joe Beaver has had an absolute breakout year as he has picked up a couple of feature event wins, and sits second in the standings.

The last few weeks has produced some great racing in the 360ci ranks, though a pair of invaders picked up the last two wins, with Brian Brown charging from the fourth row, and Jason Johnson making a rare visit to the speedway and picking up the win last week.

With Agan and Beaver out front, Russ Hall, Jamie Ball, Nate Van Hafften, and Jonthan Cornell will look to find victory lane, and inch closer to the lead duo.

The 305 class will also be on the card Saturday Night LIVE on TheCushion.Com with Matthew Stelzer, Steve Breazeale, J Kinder, Kevin Hetrick and many more hitting the speedway in the rapidly growing class.

Coverage is set to begin at 6:45pm local time, and anyone that wishes to purchase the Knoxville Raceway broadcast on a weekly basis must first sign up for at least a free membership onTheCushion.com to get the $15.00-per-night price. Excellent broadcast.  The picture quality and sound are very good and customer service comes back with an answer within minutes.  There was one brief time when we experienced some glitches for a few minutes but aside from that it sailed right along in Firefox running on Linux Mint 16 and patched into an HDTV by a VGA cable.  I'm planning on shooting pics at the Cedar Lake Triple Crown last night that includes IRA Sprints, Late Models and Modifieds but they're forecasting 80% rain in the evening.  If we rain out you'll most likely get another $15.  wink

Can't edit for some reason.  I meant shoot pics at CLS tomorrow night so we'll see what happens.  Live racing always trumps television but it's not unusual for us to rain out up here and no rain in Iowa a few times each season.
