It could be a wide-open season in central Pennsylvania this season. Lance Dewease not at Lincoln opener, Rahmer and Stevie Smith hook up and more notes to follow through the week at pennlive.

Wide open...?...I don't see how Montieth won't win at least twenty races at Lincoln this year... :/

Opinions may vary...

i think the grove will be wide open. the 21 will be tough to beat at lincoln for sure. but i wannaa see em take it up a notch and and win more at the grove. and pick up an outlaw show. no reason why he cant time well and win one of the big shows at lincoln this year.

I think it's a pun on Wilt's team, Wide Open Motorsports.  Saying he has a shot to be up near the top of the standings at Lincoln this year.

Great to see the Chinese cars are absolutely the ones to beat at Lincoln.  Has anyone heard if someone in Korea or maybe Russia has started building the SPEC 410 sbc?  Hard to imagine but it could get even better!

Luna's Ford engine style that won 2 WoO titles and 3
Kings Royals before a weight rule against the best EVER
in their prime and now DOMINATES super dirt late model
racing is no longer allowed/wanted in a WoO sprint
car.... Was Luna a miracle worker?

Wilt also has a great crew chief with him for the season.  Look for him to be up front every week.  As for Monteith, i started as a fan of his, but he hasn't done anything lately to impress me besides his performance at Port last year.  When he does perform at the grove he runs out of gas, and can never do well when it comes to big shows, just Lincoln.

Montieth hasn't run out of fuel for over a year at the Grove. If they ran gas like some do he wouldn't have ever run out of fuel , but they like to play within the rules. I think you will see a big difference this year with Brian at the Grove. They have contended for the title before and had some issues with getting the tires under them last year. I certainly don't ever count them out for a Grove title chase.

You only root for drives who impress you at the time?    Grasso fan this week then?
