I was trying to get feedback from Gopro users. Do you ever have a problem mounting your GoPro? Do you use the Motorsports mount from GoPro? Just looking for some overall feedback. I have an idea for mountig and wanted to see if their is anyone else that has the same need as we do.
I made a mount that is stronger, easier to move to change shots, and a lot easier to mount/manipulate.
Feedback either way would be helpful.
Thanks,
Chris

In my opnion, this is the best mount out there!! And I believe it is envolved with a couple other companys that are helping to improve sprint/dirt racing.

Thanks for the feedback.
Do most people agree that the GoPro Motorsports Mount that GoPro sells directly is junk for auto racing purposes?

It's not junk, and works well for cockpit shots, but like stated above, the EnvSystem is great to put in vulnerable spots, as it's been 'element' tested for durability and provides a very stable shot no matter where you mount it.

My only real problem with the GoPro mount is that you can only adjust it in 90° increments. Sure, you can raise it or lower it, but you can't turn it. Other than that, we've been using one for ~ 2 years now and aside from user error, it's worked pretty well. Now, if you can tell me how to face it forward on a muddy track without getting mud on it in the first turn and ruining the rest of the video, I'm all ears.

Check out the new Joes racing product mount! Best out there for sure! Used it at the Chili Bowl and was very impressed with the adjustment you had & the strength of it!
