AtoZ Promotions is seeking applicants for a paid summer intern position. AtoZ Promotions is involved in promoting sprint car races in the upper Midwest. The ideal applicant would be able to reside in either the Southwest Minnesota or Sioux Falls area during the months of July and August. The position is not a regular 40 hour work week, as many weeks will require travel to various races that we promote across the upper Midwest. In addition, the position will also need to be able available during May and June for 2-3 weekends.
Requirements
- Strong interest in motorsports and sports promotion
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work independently
- High School Degree
- Basic computer skills in Microsoft Word/Excel/ PowerPoint
Other Preferred Qualifications
- Background in sales, marketing or customer service
- Experience in working with sponsors
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or Corel Draw Graphics Suite
- Familiarity with sprint car racing
- Desire to learn more about promotion
