Saw on another site today that Gordon Woolley's wife Ann passed away. What a classy lady! I've heard stories about years ago she used to hand Gordon two suitcases of clean clothes as he headed out racing. When he arrived back home one suitcase was full of dirty clothes and the other was full of cash. R.I.P. Ann!

My dad was Jack Belk when i was a kid about 6 to 9 years old my mom and me would set with Ann Woooley is the stands when Gordon would come to Topeka and Kc to race and at Knoxville also..My mom and me really injoyed Anns company in the stands,,,,she was a real fun and nice lady..I still have some Christmas cards in the Scrape book that Ann sent to use back in the early to mid 60s
Our Prayers go out to the Gordon Woolley family---The Jack Belk family

Win as if you are use to it.And lose as if you enjoyed
it for a change. Its hard to get to the top and alot
harder to stay there.

I have only just today found this site. I am saddened to hear of Anns' passing. I too often enjoyed sitting in the stands with my mom and Ann when Gordon was driving my dads #74 midget. We also enjoyed your moms' company too, as your dad, Jack Belk, also drove for my dad too!
Our Prayers also go out to the Goron Woolley family--The Verle Wells family
