Not in that area that I know of.. you'd have to make a flight somewhere (I think) try Jimmy Sills or Cory Kruseman. they both have websites.

The Randy Sipple school is your best bet. Very affordable and Randy is a good guy that has helped several good drivers. He runs an excellent operation. You sound like a very young guy, don't let a few hours of driving keep you from your dream. Make a racing vacation out of it. Where Randy is located there are series that run within one hour of his shop. Take in the MSA 360 sprint series at Plymouth Wisconsin and the IRA 410 series while you are there. Both series have drivers that are real good people and would be willing to give you valuable guidence. Also, with Randy's program, you can learn and race at the same time. Serveral drivers have taken his school and raced with the MSA guys at the same time.

you would save money in the long run. the money you pay to go to school and learn a bit, could save you money in the parts you could tear up to begin with no experience. I live right by Jimmy Sills school. I am sure someone out here would let you stay with them for the weekend. racers help racers.

Heres a small article and dates on the Randy Sipple one, 141 Speedway it says is 15 miles south of Green Bay WI. On July 9th Sammy Swindell was a guest teacher. http://www.141speedway.com/news/first-141-speedway-open-wheel-driving-school-monday-may-21/

Not that I'm a sprint car driver but from helping out a mod driver for awhile now I would say your best chance of learning about setups is to go out to Husets and get someone to let you help them in their pit and just pay attention and ask them why they do this and that cause there are alot of things to learn about set up and if someones teaching you in an hour or 2 or even a whole day, your only going to retain about 5% of it, not saying it would be bad but I think you would learn more pitting with someone and seeing the real life changes they make on the car as the night goes. If your goal is to buy your own car in 2 years then I would spend all the time you can in the pits with another team over the next 2 years so you have a good grasp on the setup items and what it all takes to have and maintain that car.

sills, aka lukewarmwater charges $750.00 for twenty laps, marysville ca.

Ascot was the greatest of all time..

West Capital wasn't half bad either..

Life is good...

Team X7, Old Race Fan is on point. The Sippel Racin', Open Wheel Driving School is holding classes this summer at the 141 Speedway in Francis Creek, WI. This is a very well maintained, 1/3 mile, banked oval with outstanding amenities. You'll jump into a fully prepared MSA 360 winged sprint car for 3, 7 lap on track sessions after a thorough classroom orientation. We provide everything you'll need to drive and our team is led by IRA Outlaw Sprint driver Mike Kertscher. Randy Sippel has been driving, building race cars and leading this school for over 15 years. You will learn driving techniques and some mild setup info but we'll tailor the on track session per your request. Visit our website and you'll find clips of our last School where we had both Amy and Sammy Swindell join us for both morning and afternoon sessions. Visit the site; sippelracin.com. For more information, call Randy Sippel at 920.876.3166. I'd also like to add that both the Cory Kruesman and Jimmy Sills Schools are high quality experiences that are definitely worth looking into. It goes without saying, these drivers are at the top of their games and can convey invaluable knowledge from their years of racing experience. There are good choices out there and we wish you the best of luck this summer
