Two shows at Southern Oklahoma Speedway? Did they change the May 19th date? The USMTS site still has Route 66 Speedway as the track?

I like dirt!

Just my luck Lucas Oil Late Modelsl at Kilgore is the same weekend as the USMTS $15,000 to win at Humboltd, Does anyone know if Kilgore will be a 1 groove track?

I am trying to find out if they will be on the half mile or new three-eighths mile. My deal is this is as close as the Lucas Oil Late Model Series will get to Oklahoma and I really want to watch them. USMTS will be in Oklahoma several times this year - although the $15,000 to win deal is intriguing nonetheless.

Hey dirtracer, am told the half mile is no longer in use and that Bloomer came from tenth or eleventh and worked his way to the front and eventual win. Said there was alot of passing but it was late as the race was 100 laps. I think the longest race I witnessed was fifty laps.

By the way, Thunderbird Speedway (Muskogee) is going to be running late models on a weekly basis in 2012.

Have also found out the Lucas Oil late model race at Kilgore will be 50 laps for the feature. Saw highlights on a national late model board and the racing looked pretty good. I just wish McCreadie was following the tour and not the WoO series.
