SPRINT CARS RETURN TO ACTION THIS SATURDAY NIGHT AT ARIZONA SPEEDWAY

After three unforgettable races at the new Speedway the non-winged Sprint Cars of the Wild West Open Comp series return to town this Saturday night October 15th. After 3 seperate winners in as many races we look to see if we will add a new name to that winners list or crown the first 2 time winner at the new speedway. With cooler temps than we have saw at past races it promises to be an exciting night of Non-Winged Sprint Car action at the Arizona Speedway / ET Motopark.

Cost of admission to this Premier Event will be $15 adults, $12 Seniors, $6 kids and kids 6 and under are free. For more information please visit

Event Schedule:

4:00pm Pits Open

6:00Pm Drivers Meeting

6:00Pm Spectator Gates Open

6:30Pm Wheel Pack & Hot Laps

7:30Pm Racing Begins


Also Remember this Friday Night will be the Final Friday night Sand Drag and Mud Bogs Event of the season. Gates open at 6:00pm Friday with runs
beginning at 7:00pm.


MX Practice Schedule for this week:

Wednesday: 5:30pm-10:00pm National Track Only

Saturday: 8:00am-1:00pm National Track and 65/85 tracks open

Sunday: 8:00am-1:00pm National Track, SX Track and 65/85 tracks open

It was a great race and the facility is awesome. Too bad politics plays into some drivers and car owners not showing up. They had 22 cars there this race. It's just going to keep on getting better andif you aren't racing there you are missing a great chance to expose more people to the sport we love so much. The stands were full too.

Remember if we want more tracks we all have to support them. That means the drivers, owners, crews and fans.


RIP Chet and Mark.  You might be gone but never will 
be forgotten.
