I don't know if he's had as many, but Gilly Sonners has had quite a few. The ones I remember are, Burt Sonners, Mike Pinckney, Lloyd Beckman, Steve Hainline, Jerry Potter, Bob Brutto, Ricky Logan, Jerry Janssen (Sp.?), Jim Grafton, Billy Robinson, Ricky Hood, Rocky Hodges, Terry McCarl, Danny Lasoski, Keith Kauffman, Johnny Herreara(sp.?), Daryn Pittman, Tony Norem, Randy Anderson, Clint Garner, John Vandenberg, Jeff Mitrisin, and Don Droud. I know there are a bunch more that I have missed. Don Sonners told me one time how many it was, I just can't recall all of them.

Anyone wanna take a stab at how many drivers Dennis Roth has had? There's some guys that had brief stints and maybe some one-off's. My earliest memory of the car was during the Slick 50 series at Manzy in '92.

In the magazine article about Al Hamilton, he did say that 51 drivers drove for him, many for tryouts or temporary drivers. I suppose he could remember each and every one---maybe.

Matt Moro also drove Gil Sonner's 47.

Recently saw a Hoffman 69 t-shirt with a list of drivers on the back. I knew that car had been around for a while and that many successful drivers had driven it, but the list is still impressive. Thanks to the Hoffman's for being such a big supporter of open wheel racing. We fans and competitors are forever in your debt.

Scotty Richard was another Sonner's driver for I think a couple years.

Nice job on laying out the "list" out-even better than using comas.

Looking at the list, Anyone know where Greg Helms is now? He was in KC last I knew 30 yrs ago.
