The rumor's are C-Ray is taking the track. Can anyone confirm or deny that?
If so, did the county finally give up some of the concessions?
Thanks for anyone who might have some info.

I sent a message to 81 speedway asking them. The wrote back today saying that he has talked to the county but that is as far as it has gotten.

was told that C Ray submitted a bid but county hasnt acted on it yet....
