That's a huge field. I know the promoters paid the $125 WoO fee for the top 25 in track points. They don't get the hype on this board that PA does (mostly because they don't have their own Cubes, haha) but Ohio sprint car racing is alive and well. Good to see.

Ohio's version of The Grove haha. Schatz bags first win of the year over Dollansky then Shaffer from 23rd to 3rd. Had he qualified better I bet Tim would have won it hands down. Was hoping one of those Ohio teams would win it, glad to see Shaffer put up a good run. Sides started right beside him and wound up 7th.

I dunno, I'd consider fremont more of our "version of the grove". Unique track that equalizes the competition ect. ect...

Your prolly right but the outlaws haven't ran at Fremont in a long time. It'd def. throw them a curve I'm sure.

Fremont would definately be Ohio's version of the Grove. And if the Outlaws would have run there through the years then the stats of locals vs the WoO would have rivaled that of WG. Fremont, like WG is unique in terms of tricky setups and fast ways around the joint out of the norm. Neither are cookie cutter joints and the best way to get good at both places is to run there regularly.
