David, I was asked by a Brill Pro/Street onwer today if I thought the creek guys would show up at Brill's to run against them. I am not trying to start something but are the pro/street guys running USRA points as well? I am sensing a gudge match starting to happen between the two tracks in that class.

in moments of comfort and convenience, but where he
stands at times of challenge and controversy."

The only divisions that Brill Motor Speedway and Creek County Speedway are USRA sanctioned are the modifieds and championship sprints, the only two tracks that have champ sprints USRA sanctioned by the way.
However the pro/street class, which is named the USRA Karl Chevrolete stock cars, are sanctioned at Brill Motor Speedway on Friday nights and Oklahoma Sports Park on Saturday nights. Lake Country Speedway is also sanctioned on their stock car class as well and they run on Saturday nights.
Remember that you compete for a USRA sanctioned track points fund, I believe a state points fund (per division) and for national points fund as well.

I believe that Brill and OSP are sanctioned in these divisions as well as Sportmod (Hotmod). Correct me if I am wrong.

You are correct, Brandon (good to see you posting by the way). Was going to put together a little OKTidbit press release concerning USRA sanctioning in the state of Oklahoma and it kicking into full gear all the way around with Meeker opening this coming Friday night.
But until then...
Friday night USRA Sanctioned tracks/divisions:
Brill Motor Speeedway - championship sprints, modifieds, stock cars, sport mods
Outlaw Motor Speedway - modifieds
Saturday night USRA Sanctioned tracks/divisions:
Creek County Speedway - championship sprints, modifieds
Lake Country Speedway - modifieds, stock cars, sport mods
Mid-America Speedway - modifieds
Oklahoma Sports Park - modifieds, stock cars, sport mods
Salina High Banks - modifieds

So is Ada the same as meeker for hot mods if so u can run the AR 500's in the sport mod? Ardmore was supposed to be the same but they are USRA b mods which after July 1st u must run American racer g60 or kk704s . I thought this deal was to make all the rules the same for now I have 3 sets of tires to go to all the different tracks In the state !
winners dont cry when they lose , they go back to the
drawing board and come back for round 2 !

It is a toss up of mixed rules cause the Brill website says only 7 groove hoosiers and usra says ar500. If I were a bettin man, I would say track rules are going to come before usra rules for the time being.

The usra is sponsored by american racer. So how can you run a hoosier tire and get usra points? doesn't make since.
I know in the past the ncra mods south division you had to run the hoosier tire to get points. because they are sponsored by hoosier

Shawn, I don't think an AR500 would make it thru 1 night at Ada! My slug will feather the Hoosiers in 1 night. Kyle's A Mod blistered both back tires last Saturday, we raced that set in Tucson and the 1st 3 shows in Ardmore.

I never said that it made any sense considering that you can supposidly still run a modified chassis, roller rockers, and any dual plane intake at Brill and OSP but still get USRA points. I am not going to really say what I think, but it sure would be nice to have a single set of rules to go by, even if they tell everyone that they have so long to get legal by those rules.

you can run an A mod with sport mods at Ada until you win...big money show could have run what ever you wanted, was no tech and the scales were junk and wouldn't zero.
