I assume the first show has already been on the air? If so, I missed it.

I was there the night they recorded this show and they have a nice facility down there. I sat in the control room and got a chance to chat with John. People who watch broadcast TV via an HD antennae or those of us who have Satellite TV cannot view cable access shows. I asked John and he said that episodes are not being posted on any website at this time.
My understanding is that the White Bear area cable access channel reaches over a dozen communities (thought they said 13 or 14) and has a potential audience of 130,000. That potential audience does not represent the number of people watching the show but the way I understand it that is the number of subscribers. The most recent numbers showed that 59.1% of US households have cable, 25% satellite and the balance still get their signal over the air waves.
The US population as of the 2010 census was 310,232,863. The estimated number of internet users in the US is 239,893,600 or 77%. While cable access does reach a large number of homes and their studios provide excellent facilities I think that the way to reach the most people is via the internet. It's too bad that they're not posting these shows online but maybe they aren't allowed to do that as part of their agreement with the cable company. I do not know.
Video clips of racing have become a very popular method of promoting the sport not to mention the historic value that a collection of racing clips brings. I decided to jump on the video bandwagon, not exclusively as I'll still be doing photos and writing, but I'll post a few clips throughout the season. I have one of those pocket size camcorders and have been practicing by recording some of our Saturday night jam sessions in my basement. Jay on the guitar and vocals, Nate playing my bass, Justin on my acoustic, me on the camcorder and the a couple of my grandkids underfoot.
