A lot of people said it would never happen but here it is on their schedule and I would imagine on the WoO schedule:

I agree that would be a great show. A little concerned about car count. The high banks have a reputation of being hard on equipment. Definitely not a show for a 360 to show up for.

It will be a follow the leader 15 car show. Wings dont work well on the high banks------looks like a pavement race. I live 2 hours from the place and spending $40 is not a option for me.

I think you might see mid to upper 20's for cars, as a few Knoxville cars may show since it's a Friday night and there are some 410's not all that far away in S.D. and a few scattered here and there in KS. MO. and OK.
I have never been to either track, but I remember reading and hearing the WoO race when they put dirt on Bristol (about as 'high banked' as you can get) was breath taking to watch.
Depending .... on a couple things ... we just might put a car load together and make the trip down.
If it is a follow the leader deal ... we'll know better next time....follow the leader racing is beyond boring.
NASCAR grandstands visibly empty seats are direct reflection of follow the leader racing.

I believe that was the last time and you are correct the banking is slightly less but still plenty of banking.

Nice vid Jeff thanks! Had no idea that Wright had won there before. He had some for real power in his motors back then I guess. The opening where Jacobs is asked which is faster Belleville or Eldora, I asked Tatnell about that at the All-Star show at Farmington back in 03. He said Belleville was by far faster.

The coolest thing about Belleville is that the car is always in a turn, it really doesn't have "straights".

Many thanks. Hardly boring. Certainly a wingless track but it will still be as cool as any for the WoO. They need to only the water the very outside so they have to run right against the wall. Thats what takes a track like this from OK to amazing.
Luna's Ford engine style that won 2 WoO titles and 3
Kings Royals before a weight rule against the best EVER
in their prime and now DOMINATES super dirt late model
racing is no longer allowed/wanted in a WoO sprint
car.... Was Luna a miracle worker?

Eldora is not a 1/2 mile. Belleville is a half mile around the pole...

Hawker; BUT Leb Valley is a true half mile; its about banked about 32 degrees because if you ever there; i have many times; if you stand on the bottom of the track; you have to look stright up to the guard rail !! here is vid of woo sprints at Valley http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1szhbcI55Jk

As the great Johnny Carson would say, "some pretty will stuff there". That was a good video.
Lawlessness and liberalism equals Hell. NY City,
Detroit, Seattle, Chicago, Minnepolis, etc. We saw it.
Burning hundreds of buildings, a thousand assaults and
dozens of murders. Getting worser and worser.

haha i like a comment bout it not being a track for a 360 to show up to. that track is all about speed. The URSS 305s run there last year and they took the top 4 and let them start rear on the all star show for more pay. one of the 305s run up to 7th place in the feature before the allstar officials made him get off. he was out running several 360s and 410s once they got going. i think the better show at bellvile next year will be the URSS 305 Nationals that pays $3000 to win during midget nationals. there will be more 305s there than the WoO show will bring.

There have been more 360 races at Belleville than 410's...
