What is fuel for Steve's feud with Jason Meyers? Is it so harsh that you can't mention the name in race results on your website?

haha i love a good rivalry as long as they don't tear up cars or put the other one in danger of getting hurt. Hopefully they will just race the piss out of each other when they meet with the 11 coming out on top

I believe it was a race where Meyers went to the work area and changed tires that were not flat or damaged and passed Steve for a 2nd place?(not exactly sure) finish.
I think the rules state that a tire can't be changed unless it's flat or damaged.
Please correct or add to the above info.

Yes, I think it was Tri State....when they protested it.

I doubt Steve Kinser is updating his website.
Most likely whoever posts results is the one with the grudge. I really don't see Steve saying, "Don't put the 14's name in the results on my webpage because he passed me in the pits."

If he wanted, Steve could put an end to it with one phone call.

How does Schatz figure in this 'feud'??
That answer .... without more of an explanation doesn't seem to make any sense ...

I was told it was more than one tire that was changed so why would Steve protest changing one flat tire? It doesn't make sense.

I was there & Kinser has every right to be pissed. But he has bigger things to be concerned about than this guy. Somebody else has to be updating the website, so enough already.
I saw it happen during the longest 35 lap A feature in the history of mankind. 1 hour & 20-25 minutes.

Do you ever listen to the news? A person is putting out information that was told to him/her and you can pretty much assume it's true depending upon the quality of the source. So it's the same way with me, I was told by a good source and was only trying to answer someone's question.

So who are these other drivers that are pissed at Jason? Why are they pissed at him? Because he may or may not have gotten away with changing a tire that was not flat while the officials where watching? I was not there but have heard the story told both ways. The WOO reviewed it and decided to let the results stand as is. If anyone has someone to be pissed at is should be at the WOO officiating team for allowing it to happen and at the person/s responsible for the review.
If I had a dollar for every time a race team "got away" with something I would be able to retire. I like Steve Kinser and his entire family for that matter including the ones that update the site. But I do think what was amusing at first has gone on long enough.

It was for the win, not second place.
And for the record, The driver of the "14" couldn't carry the Kings Jock Strap.
