This car was spotted on the 210 Freeway. Thanks to David Valazza.

Kind of curious how they managed to title what looks like Andy's early 90's pavement car with 1968 plates. Boy are those things squirrelly with dirt tires on pavement.

As long as the car has a current license and a VIN that was assigned by the CHP after the car was inspected with all the correct equipment ( brake lights, head lights, signals, etc) needed to make it street legal. I own a street legal champ car that was built with all the correct items listed by the DMV. My car is titled as a 2002 SPCNS (special construction). Only 500 SPCNS are allowed to be built each year.

Headlights, turn-signals, license plate light, noise (check the pipes). Need a blue tag on motor and chassis to satisfy the CHP. Any numbers on the tranny? Heck every rookie in the country would stop it. I have blue tagged motorcycles, trailers and a truck in Cali and they inspect everything twice, then make you jump up and down and dance for them, then turn it over and do it all again.
