I'm just curious as to how many computers have been sold JUST because of this site alone, I'm certain a few have. There are a lot great contributors here, but you Sir had the vision to bring it here.

I have had several e-mails in the early years of the site saying just that. Something like I just bought this thing so I wouldn't have to go over to the kids house, or my kids highly recommended I buy one just for this site. Most said they didn't have a clue what they were doing and the only site they can get to right know is this one. Some of the letters and e-mail have brought more than one tear drop in some cases. I got a folder of actual letters (30/35) from viewers that didn't know how to send e-mail but sure could surf my site. Memories came alive when they clicked on the site for the 1st time. I still remember Rays 1st e-mail. Poor ole Rusty Manning went out and bought a negative scanner and he had so many photos I couldn't keep up with him and let him post his own photos on the old site. Rusty maybe still scanning negatives. But maybe his new wife had other ideas. Monte Cole was out there being a big PR guy digging up programs and photos from everyone he could. J.D. Porter sent me a lot of his photo collection in the mail so I could post photos.I'll bet the very 1st person that signed the guestbook is still out there lurking. Heck the 2nd person was Jon Johnson's

Daughter.

This was back in 2000 and the site was only a couple of days old. Here I go rambling again.
