What exactly happened between Dustin Morgan and Nick Smith? Lots of words and hand gestures between the two. After Sutherland flipped in 1 & 2, Morgan was sitting sideways in 3 & 4. Morgan walked the length of the track grabbed Smiths' rollcage and started shaking the car. Anyone got an explanation?

From what I seen was that Nick Smith slide jobbed Dustin Morgan in 1 and 2 and going into 3 and 4 Dustin tried to slide job but didnt clear hitting his left rear and spun out, but he spun out while the red flag was out. These 2 guys got into it during the ASCS speed week at Creek also.

I heard someone say that Dustin spun while the red was out so he should get the front spot back But then someone else said he couldn't have the lead back because he exited the car during a red flag. Any truth to that rule? I did see them but the hook on Dustins' car but I couldn't tell if it had any damage or not.

also interesting is Brian McClelland in the Ronnie Davis owned 25 car.
I wander if Robert Sellers is out and if so - who will be in that car the remainder of the year.....

My friends went and talk to Robert during hot laps. He told them that he is done driving the 25 car.

Clinton Herring had put a new ARP wing on his sprint driven by Koby Barksdale in Lawton, so you can add a third place finish as well.

I was told that Robert quit the team and that Brian would be in the car for the remainder of the season.

and a tiebreak win in the SFS Fantasy League. And the best record in the SFS Fantasy League.
and Springer would probably be in first if he hadn't missed 2 weeks in a row (and 4 overall). And Russell......well......not much worthy of mention lol. I'm jokin lol. He just has horrid luck. Hey David is Russell ever gonna come out with you and the trailer to SFS? There's about a dozen of us who'd like to introduce ourselves.....

So I guess Cornell winning 3 features at Knoxville and I know of at least 1 at I-80 and Herrerra coming from back to 2nd on twin features night doesn't count? Look, everyone knows you have a hard-on against Airflow. I take pride in the product i build. Sorry you have hard feelings, but I sleep pretty good at night knowing we have one of the better products out there. It is your perogative to go elsewhere with your business.

All I got to say is I hope were not in the same SFS Fantasy League division next year. Would be nice to win my division at least. lol. Are you as good at NFL picks as you are at SFS? If so I could use some inside info from you. Good luck this week but I hope I can gain on you 'with a little luck'

Also add David Lee wining at Meeker. I know it is a "slow track", but a win is a win.

Maybe Dave's wings are just too good/too fast for some........(j/k)
I will adamantly dispute the notion that I-44 is a slow track. Now of course if goin' off sheer mph - then yes but I don't think it can just be judged that way. I think you would agree in many ways first hand - considering your own dislike of paper clipped tracks (like the old Tulsa Speedway). imvho - it's all relative to what is racing on those tracks.
For sprints - Creek and Lawton are both rather slow. Lawton can be fast, but seemingly one grooved when it is so. But I-44 lol..............for a micro track I-44 is a freakin lightning bolt. Just in the way they get around that place - and of course I am talkin bout the A Class/Outlaw/Non wing classes. I know the mph they turn may not be all that high........but those non wings haul ass around that place. Of the 40+ races I have seen this year - all of them big sprint shows except for about 8-10 micro shows......the micro's have put on FAR batter racing. Personally, I would rather see some good wheel to wheel racing than spread out speed. The Steve King/ASCS race in Jetmore was great - as well as many SFS shows and other stuff ----- but the best race I have seen this year is still the 2 day ASCS2 show at I-44 back in the cold of spring. And a lot of credit goes to those who prepped the track - as it kept moisture for almost the duration of the weekend even and it took a beating (although granted it was cold, not hot). I'm 95% sure that the Knoxville 360 Nat's won't be as good a race as that ASCS2/I-44 race was. And it sure wasn't just cause I had a good time - it was freakin cold! the racing was just that damn good.
Even saturday night - when we heard there were 31 ASCS sprints at Creek - me and wescoe both thought maybe we should have went up there - but that was before the Non Wing feature - and I'm not sure we questioned that anymore after the non wing feature lol. Every non wing feature I have seen at I-44 this year has been amazing. And if one driver stands out above all the rest (imho) it would have to be Josh Toho. There hasn't been a driver in any class at any track I have been more impressed with than Josh Toho. I'd love to see what that guy could do in a midget and non wing 360/410. And probably the same to Jason Lair in a bigger winged sprint.
Point I am gettin' at is I don't think it can just be judged by speed alone. And from that angle - I don't see it all how I-44 is a slow track. I would almost guarantee it's the fastest track of its exact size. Granted - there aren't many 1/5th's mile tracks - but if there were lol - and among all those that do exist - I would make a preliminary bet that it is the fastest. It's got some incredible banking. In fact, there are few things that have been so impressive to see this entire year as when the cushion gets pushed up to the wall in Turn 1 at I-44 - and the brave souls that still ride it out lol. I've only seen it once - but it was enough to make me go back several times in hopes of seeing it again.....

I got the pic of Dustin spin as Nick passed him...he didn't just exit the car he flat left the car...we had to move it off the track.I'll post that pic in my photo's
