I miss this feature, one of you photographers should post some pictures for us who are looking at mud and snow in Northern Ohio.
Thanks....

He has been posting pics on another board I visit. He said this past weekend he was out of the country that may have something to do with it?

I always have been amazed at what our open wheel pioneers had to do to race. OK, the cars were slower than now but how many of todays guys would go on the track with 20 other cars in a homemade car with no cage, no face shield, no power steering, a rope for a seatbelt, and 6"wide tires. Oh yeah man, you don't get a brake pedal, you have to let go of the steering wheel and grab a lever to slow down. One more thing before you fire off, don't forget there is no fuel pump so twice a lap you have to reach outside the car and give that bicycle pump 5 or 6 good pumps to pressurize the fuel tank or the motor will die. After lap 3 when your goggles are covered with mud your options are smear the mud with your hand or take the goggles off so you can see.
One more thing, you have to keep the car running all year and feed your family on what the car makes, but the station down the road will probably give you some free oil for the year to help out.
I bet Kevin Olson's stock would go up in a heartbeat!!!!!!!!!!

I am having some issues with uploading my pictures to this forum. As soon as I hammer it out, I will continue.
