What are three tracks you would like to see the WOO race at in 2009 (that were not on the 2008 schedule):
1. Kokomo (IN)
2. Lawerencburg (IN)
3. (tie) Devil's Bowl (TX) and Lincoln (PA)

Cast your vote where? There's not even a poll with the thread.
I can't say about the other tracks listed in the original post, but Lincoln won't book the Outlaws. The track doesn't see any sense in paying the huge sanctioning fee/purse when the place is packed every week as it is, no matter what the weather is like.

(1) Lawrenceburg, IN - newly designed track.
(2) Syracuse, NY - is the track even still there?
(3) Bristol, TN
(4) Southern Ohio Speedway - okay, it hasn't had a sprint show since I was like 13...but, it's 5 minutes from where I grew-up...
I wish Earl still did Eldora's track prep.

It's nice how everyone's thread always has one person who has a negative post. This poll is for fun ...... I don't give a sh*t about scantioning fees are any other bs!

I wouldn't personally go to the Iowa Sate Fair Speedway (45 miles from home) for any sprint car race as it is not my type of track, but if I-70 in Odessa Missouri was to ever get the blacktop off the track, now that is the neatest joint I have ever watch an Outlaw show at.

Joliet, IL
Its a real shame the morons who run that place never could figure out how to prepare a race track. I've always said that place has huge potential if they hired the right people to prep the track and loose the NASCAR mentality of the prices they charge for consessions. I know this could be a topic of its own as I know theres lots of people with negative thoughts with their experiences out there. Off my soapbox now......

Here's food for thought - how 'bout IRP (I know it's now ORP officially but not to me). That would be interesting to say the least...
And I second the vote for Larryburg - that place looks simply awesome now.

Yea, ORP would be neat, don't know how much teams might spend on an asphalt setup, but would like to see it. About 13 or 14 years ago the old NARC winged sprint car series stopped at I-94 speedway (banked asphalt half mile) in Sauk Centre,MN on their northern swing. Was good racing.
Nebraska Raceway Park was always good racing when the Outlaws stopped there, but the fans just didn't turn out, probably cuz Eagle Raceway was only 15 miles away. During hot laps, you could walk down along the fence near turn one and man, what a rush, you were almost standing on the track, could see the drivers faces as they busted into the first turn. Will never forget seeing that.
Adding $6 trillion of debt in his 1st term and now if
elected again he wouldn't have to worry about an
electorate in 2016 so the sky is the limit. And his EPA
would continue to put the screws to oil drilling and
mining for coal. Can you say bankruptcy.

1 - Lawrenceburg - Big Event - How about a 20-25K to Win - Casino accross the street could sponsor a two-day event
2 - Bloomington - I know the stands are small in WoO terms, but come on, let's go back to the home of the King! They could fine some sponsors for that one!
3 - Bristol - Bring the Dirt Back!!!
Close - Gas City & Kokomo

My post wasn't negative. I You mentioned Lincoln and I just wrote the reason the why the WoO don't run there anymore. If you thought that was negative, you best never click on a thread about the Posse, Terry McCarl, Justin Henderson, Fred Rahmer, WRG finances or Schatz is the new King.

Syracuse still hosts the biggest dirt Modified race in the Northeast -- $50,000 to win.

Bloomington: It'll be 10 years next year since the last race. The NST race two years ago was great.
I-30: Been 15 years this year since the last race. Big 360/ASCS track so that might be wishful thinking but it's one of my faves.
Farmington: Prolly even more wishful thinking here but it'd be cool to see at least one WoO event there.
Creek County: After seeing some vids of this track, it'd make for a hellacious race.
