Rain rain, get out of my face, the OMMS is ready to race. Heavy rain combined with a bleak forecast has once again put a halt on the OMMS season opener scheduled for May 9 at Dallas County Speedway in Urbana, MO. Dallas County Speedway also announced today that their night of operation will change to Sunday for the 2008 season. The OMMS expects to maintain the scheduled weekends at DCS but the dates will change to Sunday instead of Friday. Expect confirmation soon. For the guys needing a fix, the MOLS is running non wing 1200s at I-70 Speedway (MO) on Saturday night and the POWRI Midget series is at Tri City Speedway (IL) on Friday and Belle Claire Speedway(IL) on Saturday. The next OMMS race is scheduled for Sunday, June 1st at XX Speedway in California, MO.
