Yep, David, that's Scott Sabolich, now running the family prosthetic company, so I hear. The 87 is "Goober" Lawson, who ran Pro Stocks for a while before trying the sprints. Won a feature one night but took two horrible rides and probably benefitted from a "Come to Jesus" meeting with wife Nancy, one of the hardest working wives at the time.

I remember the Sabolich's having some of the best equipment out there. To which, after Jeff Swindell drove their 410 sprinter several times, stated, "The best equipment I ever had." That was at that time.
I kinda remember "Goober" Lawson but that was about the time, after Larry Hill was out at Fairgrounds Speedway, that myself and long-time friend Chris Smith and OKC firefighter Ron Ruyle more or less boycotted the track and traveled the highways and biways to nearly 75-100 different races at different tracks. Then I spent Friday nights at home and boycotted the track because of my hatred of Bruce Holtz.

Got to drive Sabolich's 100" car a couple of times in 1995. Even for 100" stuff it was top of the line. Me and John had a few words during a fair race one year, but other than that good people. We used to travel alot together and race.
