ALL PARTICIPANTS READ. I have created a myspace page exclusively for the SFS Fantasy League. I can't post full schedules there - but will try to keep weekly information up thre. The address is simply www.myspace.com/sfsfantasyleague. There should be a link in the "My Website" caption below my screen name. and also in my signature.
before I post the mtachups for this week. any 1 team has 7 other opponents in their DIVISION. so you play every team in your division once per 7 racenights. there are 26 scheduled race nights this season - minus winter nationals and the special mod event. so to confuse you lol - who you play in week 1 is the same you will play in weeks 8, 15, and 22. and who you play in week 2 you would play again in weeks 9, 16, 23. and this goes on - there are 26 race nights equaling 26 weekly matchups. I have decided how best to handle rainouts - the matchups for that week will be effectively CANCELLED. I do this because races are not made up or rescheduled at SFS anyway. so ANY rainout - is effectively one less race for that season. the difference is postponement requires revision to the entire schedule - cancellation DOES NOT. and also see the next paragraph................
Due to the sheer size of each divisions full schedule - the full schedule can not be posted in either this forum or the blogs section of the Fantasy League myspace page. if put on here - much sifting through past pages would be required. so there appears to be 2 ways to do this - and if ya'll want both thats fine. The schedules are being done right now in Word. I can eithe rtry to post them in Blogs section of Hoseheads - I;m not familiar with it but workin on it. I could also print them out and everyone have a copy on paper. both of these could be done as well. feedback needed.
I would like to ask all of you to remember - that as of right now who you are slated to play on ANY specific week - it will NOT change. if there is a rainout - that week's matchups are CANCELLED. that way the schedule holds true without exception throughout the entire season. This forum and the myspace page both are for the same weekly schedules and point standings information.
