I really don't expect Lance to win (just not enough track time).....but I do expect them to make a respectable showing this weekend.

I’m just thankful the rig made it to Iowa without issue. Qualifying for the A main and getting laps would be nice. Top 10 will be tough...icing on the cake if it happens.

Sweet! They haven't been running as well the last few times out. Hopefully they can get back on track and put down some good laps at Knoxville. Gonna be a stout field.

Hopefully Davey can get the Rider running as good as the Brown was.

I could be wrong, but I am pretty sure it will be the first time for the Kreitz team to have any other engine other than a Davy Brown built engine in the 69K since Donnie has owned the team? Anyone know for sure?

Davey's motors are Rider if I remember correctly.  He takes their motors and does his thing, I'm sure this is nothing different then what he usually does.

It's been maybe 5 years since Lance has raced at Knoxville and I'd guess at least 20 since the 69k has been out there.

Some see Lance's success as due to the opinion of some that he doesn't travel enough to justify the praise for his debated accomplishments  while others feel he has proven himself enough to not have to travel .

This board has had its share of debate as to how he will do on less familiar ground than his home state and we are finally going to get to see the actual results.

My prediction is that it wont matter how he does, the haters will find excuse for any success or the lovers will find excuse for any lack of success.

It wont prove anything but will create some good discussion, some dumb posts and more posse versus the world comparisons.

But for those who have wanted it.... you got it.

I'm glad he went and kind of hope he climbs up top.

I am sure Lance would 100% disagree with your post, he is not used to being brutal and looking out of it and he was last night....

Lance was so slow Saturday that they missed the setup for the A but still finished ahead of all Kville Porchers...amazing how few locals make the top ten at a Kville outlaw show?
