Park City Cup/Air Capital Shootout PPD; Humboldt Up Next for NCRA Sprints!
Park City, Kansas – April 6, 2019 - Due to pending weather forecast for later in the afternoon, officials with the National Championship Racing Association and 81 Speedway in Park City, Kansas have decided to postpone Saturday night’s ninth annual “Park City Cup/Air Capital Shootout” to a later date that is pending as to not conflict with other race series or sprint car events. When a date is finalized, this event will still pay $14,000 to that night’s championship feature event.
Each sprint car team will receive their $100 entry fee plus an extra $200 to help offset travel expenses.
The NCRA of Park City, Kansas presented by Mel Hambelton Ford Racing sprint car tour will officially open their full-point championship season on Friday night, April 19th, at Humboldt Speedway in Humboldt, Kansas in a co-sanctioned event with the American Sprint Car Series Sooner region. This event will be the first of three scheduled co-sanctioned events featuring the two-top 360-ci sprint car series in the region.
