I wish Terry well, but we all know how it turns out for anyone who ever drove for Destiny!

I understand why you make the comment but I want want to thank the owners of Destiny, Rick and Barb for sticking with supporting sprint car racing. They have spent a lot of money over the years with not a lot of success but I for one am glad to see them still involved. Hopefully Terry and team will turn the tide and bring the #4 success they deserve.

And if he's bringing his own crew help, I think he will be alright.

From the article....

"Calling Fairmont, IN home since 2013, Destiny Motorsports will move the operation to Mitchellville, IA over the next few weeks where Terry McCarl, Crew Chief Doug Rankin, and crew member Steve Fitzpatrick will prepare the team and oversee the program for the rigorous season ahead."

Best of luck to this team in 2019!! Destiny partnering with a proven commodity such as T-Mac and his crew sounds like a win win to me..

This is without a doubt the best move Destiny Motorsports has ever made.  They didn't just hire a driver that will jump ship mid-season.  They hired a guy who has proven he knows how to win with (what appears to be) less than the budget Destiny operates with.  I don't have the inside scoop and the numbers, but from the outside looking in, lack of equipment does not look like the issue.  I am happy for both parties.  Good luck!!!!

T-Mac will make good use of the extra resources. Money and equiptment are essential to run a winning program and very few teams can come close to breaking even witout sponsorship and selling T-shirts. Wouldnt it be nice if they could buy Hussets and hire Terry to promote it.Its a shame all that money was spent and now its too high priced when in reality it was just fine as far as racing before Mr.Chuck got involved.

I agree, it is wonderful to see them step up and support sprint car racing... Just wish they would quit replacing drivers constantly, when ONE person has remained a constant and they never get rid of him.
