We have a 305 class here in iowa flat top steel heads stock type water pump injected. my problem is it runs so hot. any ideas. we run a mag and hilborn. it runs great just to dang warm. we have tried everything we know off

meth and the fuel system has been checked and richened and leaned to change things with no help

How new is your radiator...and maybe look into a higher flowing stock water pump? Also look into lowering your front air damn in front of the radiator. Increase the air flow. I switched to the cross flow radiator and had heating problems with a 360 and we lowered the air damn and it lowered the temp quite a bit. I also run that Honeycomb in front of the radiator to help protect it.

im still fairly new at this but my guess would be the cast heads making it a little warm but i have the opposit problem.. i don't think i've been over 165 or 170 all year long.. what pill are you running?
