Nope. Talked to him at Attica. The World of Outlaws deemed the Ford block they were working with illegal. He said they were basically starting developement from scratch. Tony will be testing motors long before they get in his car...

I would say no, there is a photo from VL the knight before the KR that clearly shows a Rick Shaut headed engine, which I think would be a Chev based platform. I could be wrong though.
