Tires===I thought USAC had 16 inch RR and 15 LR. These look much bigger, or is it an optical illusion?

As far as I know, you can run an 18 inch RR in USAC, but maybe is is a 16 inch RR rule, and I think you can run wider LR tires as well. I know a couple years ago we mistakenly got a 16 inch LR from our tire guy and he said that it was a Non Wing tire, but I dont run non winged so I am not too clear on the tire rules there.
