not surprised by this move at all. Wolfe is having a good year in central pa, i don't think you'll see him leave that ride. Lasoski ? is that much of a improvement over Saldana ? There is a lot of talent out there right know without rides.

Haven't seen anything yet, but man did I say the Saldana talk would heat up... Larson winning in a J&J was likely the straw that broke the camel's back (if this is indeed true).

I'll wait until I see something official but it wouldn't be the most shocking development given results this year.

Not being contentious at all, but who out there is a WoO caliber driver and doesn't have a ride? I guess Lasoski would qualify for that. Dollansky just hooked up with BDS. Justin Henderson left BDS because of too much travel, so I wouldn't include him.
Lucas is starting to gel with the 24 team and still has his 360 gig in the 5w. Not sure he would leave those, but he is also a full time racer who would definitely take a good opportuntiy to get back on the WoO tour. Not sure he has much of a connection to Ricky though.
Be interesting to see who they choose, again if this is true.

The Wild Child would be awesome, but he's not the easiest on equipment. Exciting for us fans, but gives owners a heart attack. HaHa. But man wathcing him run that "Haud line" is awesome, huh.

My guess is that if it's true we'll find out soon with a race scheduled for tonight at West Liberty.
I hope it's not true. Using Kyle Larson as the measuring stick as to how the car should run isn't a good idea IMO.
The other thing to remember in all of this is Dennis Roth. He agreed to help supply engines for the team because of Joey as I recall, my guess is Wood, Stenhouse, and Roth all have to be in agreement in order to make a driver change at this point.

I'd start (and end) my search with Zomer, Kennedy or Reutzel.
Thanx,

I would agree with this. A few years back, you had a clear lack of rides for the top talent with Pittman, Shane Stewart and others off the tour. Now? Dale Blaney would be my choice if he wanted it.
Lucas is having a career year in PA, but you can make more money on the tour if you can do the travel.

Good points and yeah using Kyle is dooming the current driver no matter what. When I "heard () Kyle was runnig to "test" the J&J to make sure it wasn't the issue, I joked with the person telling me that they could put Kyle in a wooden framed car and he'd put it up front. Good call on Roth. Not sure how much consent, etc. they'd have to get but he did come on board to support Joey specifically. Hmmm...

All have talent, but Dusty's driven a car only once or twice this season (and accoridng to some does not want to travel / race as much bc of family business), Kennedy and Reutzel have had more success in 360 ranks. Putting anyone of them on the WoO Tour (and the grind that it is) would be a learning curve that probably isn't worth it this far into the season. If you're looking to pluck a driver who is already in a ride there are more options to call first ahead of these three. Again, all have talent. And once again, if this is even true...

Not trying to discredit any posters here, but Twitter is still mum on this, which is surprising given the sheer number of people involved and the penchance for people wanting to scoop stories of this type.

So is Joey out effective immediately as in he won't be at West Liberty tonight? My son will be devastated if he don't get to see Joey race tonight.
