I have been watching sprint cars for 30+ years and that stunt Donny pulled was as deserving of a DQ that I have ever seen. Donny lost himself a supporter tonight.

Lil Haud pulled off a slider to get by Donny in the heat for second. Lil Haud eventually got past Grqvel for the lead too. Donny got by Gravel too for second. Long after the checkered waved Donny precesed to slam Lil Haud and take out the front end of his car. It was good clean exciting racing in this fans opinion and he acted like a 13 year old brat. Like I said he lost a supporter tonight and Lil Haud gained another one. And by the sound of the crowd at the dash inversion Lil Haud gained more then one.

Read on Facebook per Haudenschild Racing post that Schatz ran into the back of Sheldon after his hear race showing his dislike of the heat race finish! Causing damage to sheldons car
Is Donny being the bad boy poor sport that Kyle Busch is displaying in NASCAR. Didn't show up at the dash draw, hasn't showed up on the podium for the top 3 winners photo . won't shake the hand of the winners. Is he going through something this year. He was the guy who is the guy to watch typically always a very clean driver but I must say his sportsmanship is alittle to be desired this year. I've seen him personally tap other drivers too. Maybe the outlaws should handle it as his his boss does and DQ him for a race or 2

I've seen it happen on more then one occasion. But in 25 years of watching Donny race I've never seen him do something like that so I'm guessing there is more to this then meets the eye. Ask any driver in the pits and they will tell you Donny races them clean.

Unfortunatly this is not the first time seen these disqusting childlike antics. Sheldon made incredible clean pass displaying great driving skill. A few things Donny Shatz simply despises. I don't think we have to worry about Sheldon gaining fans. The kid's following right in his dad's foot steps and he's proven he can wheel a sprint car. Back to the original point Shatz is probably just pissed off that the 5 is running good and might have competition for the championship. The one post in here that compared him to Kyle Busch was the perfect analogy. arrogant, entitled , thinks he owed everything . Congrats Donny, you've been dubbed the Kyle Busch of sprint car racing. Boy oh' boy there's something to be proud of. One would hope this wouldn't be possible but Shatz has proven us wrong . Thanks Donny. Thanks for making sprint car racing look bad. That kind of BS should be left for the NASCAR clowns . As a lover of sprint car racing I'm Sick. Thanks for making me puke Donny. Thanks for making me loose my faith in humanity. My small belief that deep down everyone has some good in them....... Thanks for proving me wrong Donny . PS ...congrats to Sheldon on the pass. Congrats to Shane on the win .

There is no place in any sport that should condone an upset driver or player to display their anger with any type of vehicle. If he would have confronted Sheldon like a man they would have probably made a bigger deal of it.Donny is one of the best ever and is a clean driver but road rage should not be tolerated.Nascar loves it when someone shows a little emotion because they are so boring and hands out big fines and suspensions but the coverage of such incidents is highlighted more than the winner.

Suspend Donny for the rest of the year and all of 2018. And make him buy all the fans in attendance a new Arctic Cat snowmobile for having to witness that display.

I wouldn't say I'm a fan of the 15 but I'm certainly aware of their accomplishments and with that comes respect but that stunt last nite tarnished that respect.
I wonder if he'd done the same to a 40 yo steve Kinser or jack Hewitt?

lol really guys? it's obvious that a lot of you already dislike him, plus how many guys actually race schatz clean? this reminds me of when Jason Johnson race Schatz "clean" at the nationals and everyone was praising johnson for it...but i digress, has schatz made the switch from chevy to ford yet though?

I'm not a big Donny fan but isn't this a little over the top here? Donny has a solid record of racing clean and not retaliating when others lean on him hard. Agreed, he shouldn't have hit Sheldon but fine him or DQ him for the feature.
Wonder if Steve or Sammy ever bumped someone on track......

Some of you need to watch more! Donny took his frustration out on Johnson at the Nationals last year....with his car.....on the track ...after the after the chekered flag. Yeh Johnson raced him hard. Who wouldn't have.....given the opportunity to win the Knoxville Nationals?

Typical of the 15, he is a bully and a hot head. He has very little self control and calls it passion. Typical narcissism. One day, he will pull another of his on track antics after the checker and will end up getting his ass kicked. This is his major flaw, that and his personality. Yes he can drive a sprint car, yes he races clean, blah, blah, blah, Like another said, He would never have the balls to pull this shit on Steve or Jack.
Keep it up Lil Haud, you're in his head.

I can't say for certain, but I believe so. He was also a no-show at the ascoc show at Mansfield on Sunday.

With lil Haud being one of the low budget teams in the woo losing a front end over racing a driver hard and clean must be frustrating and the tsr team should pay for it and Jason Johnson racing schatz hard at the nationals is understandable it's 150,000 dollars on the line I would too if I was in Jason johnsons position overall what schatz did was wrong and he had no penalty for doing it the officials must be scared of him

That is correct, Schatz did show his frustration to JJ at Knoxville after the checkered flag. In his interview he complained about Jason's passes going into turn one and said he was surprised they didn't wind up in the Hyvee parking lot. In the end though, he said "Jason Johnson went out there and won the Knoxville Nationals and I'm proud of him". Or something similar to that.
I won't comment on the incident with Haudenschild because I didn't see it, but as far as I'm concerned all of these drivers act like an ass at some point when they're angry about something. Hell, Sammy does it regularly and look how many fans he has on this forum.

That's on a different thread!
don't ignore his foot stomping non picture top 3 podiums moments. I've seen him tap Gravel twice also in the back after the races. now I think these young guys are getting in his head a bit. Know he doesn't like Dana A also because Bill being married to her. His family is a non loving robotic control get what I want ..
Think the outlaws won't say anything to him because he's Donny. Great clean driver but a big baby when it comes to sportsmanship and loosing.
I am sure he will continue to Win numerous races and championships but this thread is about what's right is right and some sort of call should of been made for the damage he caused to the 93
