If you're suffering from "rain out" blues, just 'chirp' on over to social media.....plenty of racin' entertainment going on there. wink

Attempting to be a voice of reason in a world full of

Well, first I was going to go Laurens, SC to see the 305 sprints.  Have never been there and always like the idea of a new track.  Thought of going to Lavonia,  GA for the 360 sprints,  but I have been there and it's further than Laurens.  Also thought I could go to Natural Bridge, VA.  Have been there also and it's as far as Lavonia.  Then I thought I could just go to Friendship, NC.  It's only 40 miles away and they were running the 305 sprints.  Read Lavonia cancelled.  Decided to go to Friendship.  While I was there a friend called and said Laurens rained out.  Was glad I had gone to Friendship.  Smaller field than one would like but had a good time.  And then my friend said Laurens has rescheduled for next week.  Ok.  Coming up this week,  more 305 sprints and a new track.  They say it's high banked.  And it will be my first race in South Carolina this year.  Will enjoy it and a larger car count can only make it even more pleasant.
