Yeah, the Dude's not coming to Central PA.  If worse comes to worst he can run his own car (he did at several shows last year including King's Royal) and stay in the Midwest.

Carl Bowser is driving the Chiapelli 98, as you note, and hitting Central PA + Western PA Shows. Think you'll see him at Port more than the Grove.  He'll be hitting most time trial shows in PA (WoO, All Star, etc.).

Don't forget Mike Erdley. He's hoping to find something as well. Very underrated driver. As far as the Chiapelli #98, I don't want to be cynical and I most definitely hope this latest deal is successful but I don't get excited about anything concerning that team. Nothing ever seems to stick with that deal. Esh made it go better than anyone has but for the most part, that team goes through driver after driver with the same lackluster results. Haven't heard anything about Cody Darrah so not sure what his plans are. I'd love to see Lasoski come to Pa but I'd be very surprised if that happened.

Cory Haas-- Looking for a ride, no rumors

Lucas Wolfe- Heard possibly the Highlands 3

Stevie Smith- Maybe Back to Zemco car

Cody Darrah- Rumored for the Trone 39 with crew chief in tow

Chase Dietz- I'm assuming same deal as last year

Though I have no firm details or confirmations of any of these rumors and they are quite frankly rumors 100%

I honestly think LW will be back with the 1z but that would be GREAT fit if true.

I thought I read Bowser and the 98 will mostly be racing western PA in while hitting the bigger shows in central PA? That team seems to like Port Royal though so you'll probably see them there quite a bit. Seems like the seat of that car is always a hot one for whatever reason. Glad they field a car though, I think it's good equipment.

Can't think of any reason why Lucas would not be back in the 1z.

Bowser schedule TBD.  Probably 50 - 60 shows total.  All All Star and WoO Races in PA.  Port probably often + about 20 Western PA Shows (incl All Star and WoO shows).  A bigger % of shows will be in Central PA and across the state.  They'll try and hit all "bigger" time trial shows so some Grove, Lincoln may be sprinkled in.  Car will be out of Carl's shop in Western PA.

Maybe it is just me, but just reading all this makes me think that the IRA is such an down home group compared to PA.  That is NOT a slam.  Guys in the IRA own their own cars, or drive for the same people forever and there is never a silly season.  Silly season to the IRA is if guys can get every Saturday off from work, or this Friday and that Friday.  Will I have enough money to get a new motor or will I just have to refresh the one I have?  The IRA makes the phrase 'Working Class' ring true.  This is not to say that PA guys don't have the same problems, it is just I never hear about it. Granted, there are probably between 30 and 40 cars that run the IRA.  I do not know the car counts in PA, but I know there are a hell of a lot more than here in Wisco.  Just an observation
