Ma Nature won after the first heat tonight. Postponed til Thursday. Track was VERY fast after a couple of weather delays tonight. Was a bit concerned that Johnny was gonna strain a nut declaring "QUICK TIME!!" during TTs. Hopefully tomorrow night the weather will cooperate.

the heavens delivered a PASS for the travelling circus last night...the 15 car was 16th "quick" out of 21 cars in the first flight.
after reading Jeremy Elliot sloober all over the WoO TT "ability" for several weeks, I now understand why he seldom attends a race at Lincoln.

First out, track got faster, not a great qualifier, simply a great RACER. Since he will make more money in one meet in August than 95% of the Posse Drivers that were there last night will make this year there is not much to worry about, as Bill once said 'Much Ado About Nothing'.....
PS What does Quick Time pay, couldn't find it anywhere????

Mr. Rear must have missed flight 2, where 6 Outlaws made the top 10 in time.

why are you grading on a curve to claim half the class passed the test?

Hmm, a dozen or so tavellers and about 30 locals, seems about equal....until the last few years there used to be a dozen Posse in Florida also, how many were there this year....I don't pay attention like I did when I travelled.....

living proof there are several ways to say "once the track slowed down...the outlaws looked fast"...
I guess all the locals stay home with the Outlaws pound the Kville regulars...um...or maybe they just "take it easy" on the circus?
rut roh...there appears to be 45 cars in the results from last year...

The Posse fans never fail to entertain. After their local contingent faded a bit, it was first Posse engine builders they boasted, then Posse crew chiefs, and now they're taking solace in an Outlaw ass-whipping for a qualifying session and one heat race!
My, how the mighty have fallen!

And should the reverse apply tonight...a new night....and the Outlaws are the class of the field....what will your excuse be? I really don't care either way, but sitting on the sidelines and bragging and blowing BS out your other mouth means nothing. You must be a youngin'.....not aware of the days of Kinser and company visiting the PA area. That was DOMINANCE!

They travel soooo little anymore I can't come up with any comparisons, sadly. They used to run the Kings Royal, even won it one time. Florida used to have tons of Posse, but I mean how many years can you get beat up, right? Same with the other tracks, lernerville and jersey. They will continue to be one track wonders at the Grove, even though the All-Time winners there are Steve, Mark, Schatz and Sammy but who's counting them, right....

Wasn't Steve Kinser horrible at qualifying? I can't confirm, just heard from others saying he wasn't any good at qualifying. Someone asked him about it and he quoted, "I just cant figure out how to race myself. Only good at racing other racers."

Can't say for his overall career in qualifying, but it was damn good at the Knoxville Nationals. Scored a perfect 500 pts more than once....came out last one year during the Nationals....64th I think and set quick time. Steve may not have been great at it, but Karl was....Steve may not have done just what Karl suggested. Karl told me once at Eagle......"I chew his ass all the time"....maybe so, maybe not. Only they knew.

You are calling on me to explain the fact that MANY cars turned quicker times in HOT LAPS...prior to the 15 taking to the track for TT?
for weeks we have been lectured on the SUPERIOR TIME TRIAL capabilities that simply did not materialize last night.
Are you saying if Woo WINS TT tonight they will forget how to apply their SUPERIOR RACING SKILLS that were denied last night?
look at the lap times...3 less cars entered last night would have put the 6 out of 10 WoO from the 2nd flight on even worse footing to start the night.
since Lincoon returned the schedule...we get to hear all kinds of excuses why all the prevailing wisdom predictions FAIL UPON ARRIVAL.

Mr. Rear,
In case you havn't noticed, as I'm sure you havn't, but Mr. Schatz has never qualified well. I have not seen a thing anywhere that lectured you or your Posse biased folks about Mr. Schatz's superior time trial capabilities. As a matter of fact most people have commented on how poor the 15 car has been qualifying. Many have claimed (yourself included) that the 15 has been sandbagging in TT's for many years now to try and get on the front row of a heat. (didn't you coin the phrase "front-row ho?) This year's format factually shows this to not be the case. Now if we look at the 9 and the 49 and how they qualified the past 2 years compared to this year I think you may find more evidence of possible loafing in qualifying. Either way, I have no idea why you cannot simply sit back and enjoy the show. If It's not one thing, it's another with you. You continue to bitch, moan and cry about the Outlaws more than anyone on here. You also think you need to blow your horn about every possible thing. I know you have been told this many time's before, but it gets really fricking old dude. Why not go buy yourself a 6-pack tonight, head to the track and just sit back and enjoy the show?

I'll watch the show tonite and would love to see a surprise winner, heck Brent Marks or Gerard McIntyre (sp?) would be just fine like a surprise outlaw winner named Sammy or Donnie. I think Double D and Mr. Hodnett are and should be the favorites, just hope the rain has passed through....

Gotta feel for Ryan Smith. Quick Time, won Heat #1 and looked real fast. Setting himself up for *potentially* a nice finish.

I pointed out the last time you punked yourself on this message board that any simpleton can use the SEARCH BOX on this forum to find clear evidence that I "NEVER" posted the phase "Front Row Ho"...and after I pointed this out, you went AWOL until now.
so perhaps a few addtional reminders are in order here?
I in fact DID call out the driver of the 9 as a BLOCKER way before he even dreamed of applying for an apprenticeship for "Racing 101" here on posse soil.
Further evidence you you know nothing about me is your 6 pack comment...if you think for a second "I drink on the cheap" at any race or event of any sort, you are the dumbest person on this message board.

Mr. Rear,
Thank you so much for the nice insults. You do it well.
Now, about the 15 qualifying program?
And didn't the driver of the 9 get his diploma from Posse U? Seems that horn has been blown a time or 2 also by the loyal posse backers.
I never claimed to know alot about you. The one thing I do know though is that you are a total troll on this board, especially when it comes to insulting the WoO program and it's drivers. Many of us have known it for a long time, yet we continue to read your drivel at our expense. We know better, but somtimes just have to see how you choose to spin things every now and then.
Dumbest person on this board? Could be as I continue to read and respond to your content.
Enjoy the races tonight.
