Two Nights of IMCA Action Set for Longdale Speedway!
Longdale, Oklahoma – May 6, 2016 - Highlighted by an appearance from the Missouri-based MARS DIRTcar late models, a full program of IMCA action is also on the race card for the second annual “Walleye Rodeo Weekend” next Friday and Saturday night, May 13-14, at Longdale Speedway in Longdale, Oklahoma.
The tracks IMCA modified division will pay $1000 to win both Friday and Saturday night and there is a one-time $75 entry fee. The track is in a transition year; IMCA sports mod drivers will be competing for $750 to win both nights with a one-time $50 entry fee; IMCA stock cars $600 to win both nights with a $40 entry fee while the tracks weekly divisions of grand nationals ($500 to win/$25 entry fee), pure stock ($400 to win/$25 entry fee) and intermediate sport mods ($200 to win/$25 entry fee) will also be competing both Friday and Saturday night. Add $25 for all drivers who wish to compete on Saturday night only.
Friday night grandstand general admission is $15 for adults; seniors and military $12; ages 6-12 $5 while kids ages five and under will be admitted free. Saturday night grandstand admission is $20 for adults; senior and military $17; ages 6-12 $5 and kids ages five and under free.
Gates for the second annual “Walleye Rodeo Weekend” open at 5:00 PM both nights with race action slated for a 7:30 PM start time.
