Even if you try to replicate the work of more successful guitar teachers in your area, you don't know the whole strategy of their efforts-you will only see a small part of the "strategy" used. Tactic is an action taken to achieve a goal. This includes placing ads in news newspapers, improving the design of guitars for sale teaching websites or placing leaflets in different locations around towns. In contrast, "strategy" is the overall thought process that connects strategies together to achieve many different medium- and long-term goals. A strategy lives under what you are observing, and you cannot imitate it without gaining.
